• 3:53 p.m.: A Shaw's employee called police to report a theft that occurred on Tuesday.
• 5:24 p.m.: Cheryl Cloutier, 45, of 18 Bergin Circle, Apt. #3, Waterbury, CT was arrested on three outstanding bench warrants out of Concord District Court for motor vehicle related offenses. Settlement on the warrants was $1,250, which she was unable to post. She was transported to Rockingham County Jail and arraigned on Feb. 13 in Derry District Court. Bail was set at $750.
• 7:12 p.m.: Geoffrey Speers, 18, of 22 Woods Ave., Londonderry was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft; from a building. Bail was set at $2,500, which he was unable to post. He was subsequently transported to the Rockingham County Jail and arraigned on Feb. 13 in Derry District Court. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance.
• 8:40 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
