Teen Bitten by Dog in Londonderry
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Jan. 17
- 8:01 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury at High Range and Pillsbury roads.
- 4:28 p.m.: Phanith Ryan Touch, 20, of 111 West Road, Londonderry was charged with operating with a suspended registration. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 4.
- 5:36 p.m.: A subject came to the police station to report an incident during which a neighbor's dog bit her 13-year-old daughter.
- 8:07 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Adams Road.
- 10 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle into a tree, with injury.
Friday, Jan. 18
- 12:37 a.m.: Deryc Phylding Miller, 31, of 16 Tokanel Drive, Londonderry was arrested on a bench warrant. He was held on $1,000 bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 18
