Teen Charged with Assault, Disorderly Conduct
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Nov. 19
- 9:35 a.m.: Harley D. Valley, 17, of 12A Auburn Road, Londonderry was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Dec. 3.
- 3:08 p.m.: Police received a report of a 2-car motor vehicle accident with no injury on Industrial Drive.
- 6:18 p.m.: A caller reported a tire in the travel portion of Route 102 in the area of Garden Lane.
- 7:48 p.m.: Police received a report of a 4-car motor vehicle accident with unknown injury on Mammoth Road.
