The Planning Board has begun exploring the potential traffic impacts of the massive, billion dollar Woodmont Commons development, according to the Londonderry Times.

The weekly newspaper said representatives from Woodmont briefed the Planning Board on the transportation segment of the development on Feb. 13. The Pillsbury Realty Development project would build up to 1,300 homes, three hotels and 800,000 square feet of commercial space on 600 acres in Londonderry.

The Woodmont project is so large that it is being broken into multiple stages, to be reviewed over several months by the Planning Board. The town has set up a section on its website with all of the latest information on the development. The Woodmont Commons Planned Unit Development (PUD) page includes links to materials provided by developers to the town, the Woodmont Master Plan, Planning Board meeting minutes and more.
