Tupelo Announces Three New Shows

The Brew will play the Londonderry music hall on July 18.

We have THREE new shows to announce!

July 18 THE BREW CD release party: A series of acoustic shows by The Brew, Amesbury-based and now heard on radio stations from coast to coast, Roots and Roads will pay tribute to some of the artists that have shaped their sound, songs and soul during 10 years of gigging across America. Roots and Roads is an evening of three-part harmony, song craft, and stores of encounters with the likes of Levon Helm, Bruce Hornsby, Bill Kreutzman, Gregg Allman, and remarkably, Buddy Holly. Songs by these legendary artists will be paired with Brew tunes they have influenced. The Brew will be joined in for these special shows by some old friends and Boston Session Legends on trumpet, pedal steel, pan flute and mandolin, and more.

August 2 BLUE COUPE: The three iconic rock stars in Blue Coupe are the angry orphans of Blue Öyster Cult and the Alice Cooper group, and they're out to prove something to the world with show-stopping performances and a wall shaking sound that keeps their legion of fans calling for more. Blue Coupe's multi-talented entertainers include Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Dennis Dunaway bassist of the legendary Alice Cooper group, alongside multi-instrumentalist, Joe Bouchard who founded Blue Öyster Cult with his brother Albert Bouchard master of the drums. These revolutionary originals were the heartbeat of several of the best known songs in the history of rock. And note for note, their full-throttle expertise hits you over the head and grabs you by the heart in Blue Coupe. With the original Alice Cooper group, Dennis co-wrote smash hits including "I'm 18," "School's Out," and "Under My Wheels" while Albert and Joe were co-writers and arrangers of many of Blue Öyster Cult's biggest hits including "Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll," "Hot Rails to Hell," and "Astronomy" (covered by Metallica). Joe, Albert and Dennis have sold over 15 million albums and have been awarded over 30 gold and platinum records worldwide.

October 11 STEVE KIMOCK: A master of improvisation for nearly four decades, Steve Kimock has been inspiring music fans with his transcendent guitar speak, voiced through electric, acoustic, lap and pedal steel guitars. While one can say that his genre is rock, no one niche has ever confined him. Instead, through the years, he's explored various sounds and styles based on what's moved him at the time, whether it’s blues or jazz; funk or folk; psychedelic or boogie; gypsy or prog-rock; traditional American or world fusion. Threaded through this expansive and highly nuanced musical landscape is Kimock’s signature sound, the prodigious product of his ability to articulate crystal-clear tone, melody and emotion into intricately woven music crafted with technical brilliance. His passion and devotion to performing live is matchless, and his unparalleled ability to embrace and capture his audiences musically is the stuff of legends.
