Caller Reports Stolen Dog

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Nov. 11

  • 9:31 a.m.: Police received a report of a car versus a motor vehicle on Rockingham Road at Route 128. No one in the car was injured, and the deer took off into the brush.
  • 11:02 a.m.: A caller on High Range Road reported hearing shooting in the Musquash area.
  • 5:35 p.m.: A caller on Coteville Road reported that her Yorkshire Terrier got loose, and her neighbor saw two men pick it up and put it in their car. They told her they were going to bring it to the police station, but never did. Police later received a call from a resident of Danbury Court, reporting that they had the dog.

Monday, Nov. 12

  • 2:32 a.m.: Erik Allen Linstad, 36, of 109 Merrill Road, Weare was charged with driving after revocation or suspension and a yellow line violation. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Dec. 3.
