Londonderry Man Charged with DUI

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

  • 11:18 a.m.: Police assisted the Fire Department at a report of the sound of an explosion on Old Derry Road. The area was checked and nothing was found.
  • 11:55 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
  • 3:13 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Rockingham Road at Interstate 93.
  • 3:14 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at Nashua Road and Hampton Drive.
  • 5:27 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with injury at Rockingham and Stonehenge roads.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

  • 1:52 p.m.: A caller on Mammoth Road reported a horse running loose. Police were able to secure the horse and return it to its residence.
  • 4:25 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Mammoth Road.
  • 5:34 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Nevins Drive.
  • 11:42 p.m.: Andrew Nicholas Marino, 19, of 5 Fairway Drive, Apt. #16, Derry was arrested on a bench warrant out of Salem District Court for failure to pay fines. He was processed and transported to the Rockingham County Jail. He was arraigned on Dec. 20 in Derry District Court.

Thursday, Dec. 20

  • 1:43 a.m.: Mark A. LaFleur of 20 Priscilla Lane, Londonderry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, yellow line violation, lane control and traffic control devices. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 14.
