Local Man Charged with DUI

Monday, Feb. 4

• 9:25 a.m.: An officer was called to Londonderry Middle School on Mammoth Road for a student who has become upset in the past.
• 12:51 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Rockingham Road.
• 5:06 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at Rockingham and Perkins roads.
• 5:14 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with minor injuries at Nashua Road and Meadow Drive.
• 5:30 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
• 6:41 p.m.: Gregory J. Drugan, 27, of 43 Adams Pond Road, Derry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 11.
• 6:44 p.m.: Geoffrey Speers, 18, of 22 Woods Avenue, Londonderry was charged with theft. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 25.
• 8:19 p.m.: Joseph M. Heberg, 45, of 47 Mary Avenue, Dracut, Mass. was charged with stalking. He was held without bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 5.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

• 12:25 a.m.: Catherine Lorraine Sayer, 23, of 3 Wade Road, Hudson was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. She was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 19.
