Man Found Fixing Car in Middle of the Road, Charged with OUI
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
AUGUST 24, 2013
10:53 a.m. Susan M. Goodrich, 34, of 214 Halls Village Road in Chester, N.H. is arrested on Route 102 and charged with a bench warrant. Goodrich released on bail. Arraignment set for Nov. 4, 2013 at Salem District Court.
1:01 p.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported at Exit 4 on Route 102. Caller is not at the scene, but noticed a blue car doing an illegal U-turn.
5:37 p.m. Alexander Collier, 20, of 11 Martin St. in Nashua, N.H. is arrested on Mammoth Road and charged with possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle), driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, transporting alcohol beverages by a minor and motor vehicle inspection violations.
Collier released on bail. Arraignment set for Sept. 16, 2013 at Derry District Court.
Samantha Stetzler, 20, of 134 A Kimball Hill Road in Hudson, N.H. is arrested on Mammoth Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.
Stezler released on bail. Arraignment set for Sept. 16, 2013 at Derry District Court.
AUGUST 25, 2013
1:28 a.m. Robert Garneau, 49, of 18 Breakneck in Hudson, N.H. is arrested on Old Nashua Road and Nashua Road and charged with operating under the influence of drugs or liquor.
Caller reported a red Ford pickup in the middle of the road with no lights on, debris and large rocks in the roadway.
Caller advised operator that the man appeared to be fixing his car in the middle of the road and it looked like the vehicle had gone off the road at one point.
