Teen Arrested After Fleeing Accident Scene

The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Jan. 18

  • 12:15 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with unknown injury on Stonehenge Road.
  • 5:40 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with minor injury on Rockingham Road.

Saturday, Jan. 19

  • 1:10 a.m.: Zack David Bishop, 17, of 265 Mast Road, Goffstown was charged with criminal trespass after fleeing the scene of an accident on Auburn Road. He also had an outstanding bench warrant out of Auburn for a burglary he was allegedly involved with just prior to his arrest in Londonderry, according to the Londonderry police log. Bail was set at $500 and he was scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Jan. 22.
  • 8:40 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Old Derry Road.
  • 5:05 p.m.: Howard John Hackman, 61, of 68 Cynthia Circle, Seabrook was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, failure to turn on front lights when requested, misuse or failure to display plates, unregistered vehicle, tail lights and reflectors required and open container of alcohol. Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance and he is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Jan. 28.

Sunday, Jan. 20

  • 8:18 a.m.: Patrick J. Giordano, 21, of 26 Oakridge Drive, Londonderry was charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Feb. 11.

Monday, Jan. 21

  • 5:02 p.m.: A caller on Colonial Drive reported insurance fraud.
  • 5:20 p.m.: A caller on Hawthorne Road reported a tree down across part of the roadway.
  • 8:48 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Rockingham Road.
  • 8:52 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Griffin Road at Larch Lane.
  • 10:05 p.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 102 at Interstate 93.
