Dems Launch 'Scott Brown Not for NH' Website

The site paints the former Massachusetts senator as a supporter of Big Oil and Wall Street.

Though Scott Brown remains mum on a potential Senate run in New Hampshire, Democrats aren't letting him stay out of the spotlight.

The New Hampshire Democratic Party on Wednesday announced that it has launched a "Scott Brown NOT for New Hampshire" website, which highlights "all the reasons why Scott Brown is wrong for the Granite State." The site includes sections titled "Scott Brown for Big Oil," "Scott Brown for Wall Street," and even one titled "Scott Brown for Scott Brown."

"The facts are clear; Scott Brown is for Scott Brown, Scott Brown is for Big Oil, and Scott Brown is for Wall Street, but Scott Brown is not for New Hampshire," New Hampshire Democratic Party Communications Director Harrell Kirstein said. "Big Oil and Wall Street special interests want former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown back in the U.S. Senate to vote their own interests, not New Hampshire's. New Hampshire deserves a U.S. Senator focused on New Hampshire."

The New Hampshire Democratic Party has also scheduled a conference call for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday to discuss "why New Hampshire women can’t trust former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown with their health." A press release said the call will feature Republican and Democratic lawmakers.
