Will Hillary Clinton Campaign in NH for Shaheen, Hassan?

A recent USA Today story says the 2016 Democratic presidential frontrunner could stump for some of her supporters.

If she decides to run, Hillary Clinton is seen as the prohibitive favorite for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination.

But a recent USA Today story says she could also have a big impact on the 2014 elections. The story says Clinton might decide to campaign for some of her old supporters who are running for office next year.

Among those mentioned in the story are U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), since Shaheen's husband, Bill Shaheen, was Hillary Clinton's state chairman during her 2008 run for president. Three Republicans have already entered the race and rumors continue to swirl that Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown may make it four.

Gov. Maggie Hassan, who is also up for re-election next year, is another candidate Hillary Clinton could conceivably stump for. Bill Clinton made an appearance in New Hampshire back in July of 2012 to endorse Hassan during her initial run for governor.
