Free Couch to 5k Training Program
The Greater Derry Track Club is hosting a FREE Couch to 5k training
program starting Saturday October 5th. This is an 8 week training
program with the group meeting every Saturday at 8:30 and Tuesdays at
6:00pm. The program is designed for the "couch potato" that is looking
for a gradual process to train for a 5k (3.1 mile) road race.
We will lead the group in a 5 minute warmup, stretching exercises, and provide tips on running.
